The OutHouse is an educational and entertaining weekly podcast created by, produced, and featuring Parus Solution Marketing founder/owner Shane Pendley and OutSuite VP Eric Brown that first aired in 2022. The podcast has gained a strong viewership, consistently reaching around 60,000 watchers weekly. Shane and Eric discuss everything from marketing trends to music industry happenings, often having guests from those industries there to banter and discuss with.

Founded in 2014 and dissolved in 2021, Homes2Value was a leading provider of direct mail solutions specifically designed for the real estate industry. The company quickly established itself as a key player in the market, offering a comprehensive suite of services for real estate professionals committed to our 7-month, 9-drop direct mail program. Homes2Value excelled in managing every detail of the direct mail process. We handled route establishment, custom design, printing, postage, distribution, and warehouse storage. Additionally, we provided lead-generating landing pages to help clients capture valuable leads. Our approach was designed to deliver a seamless and effective direct mail experience, ensuring that each campaign was executed to the highest standards.
As a full-service print production facility, Homes2Value served a wide range of clients across the United States, from the West Coast to the East Coast. Our ability to manage complex logistics and deliver high-quality print materials contributed to our significant revenue growth, reaching millions during our operation. However, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic brought unforeseen challenges. The dramatic increase in the cost of paper, ink, and other essential supplies significantly impacted our operations. Despite our efforts to adapt to these rising costs, the financial strain ultimately led to the difficult decision to cease operations.
Throughout our years in business, Homes2Value earned a reputation for excellence and reliability. Our clients consistently praised our services, highlighting our commitment to quality and our ability to execute effective direct mail campaigns. We take pride in the positive feedback and strong relationships we built with our clients during our time in operation. Though Homes2Value is no longer active, the impact of our work and our client’s success stories continue to reflect the quality and dedication we brought to the direct mail industry.
